Although my own pronunciation is in general nowhere near as "posh" as Fry's, I do say /'tɜːkwɑːz/, which is what I believe he is saying here.
I note, incidentally, that it seems to be only British dictionaries which offer -/kwɑːz/ as an alternative to -/kwɔɪz/ for the second syllable. U.S. dictionaries appear to give -/kwɔɪz/ only.
